End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of Duola Mage ("we", "us"). By accessing or using Duola Mage, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the terms of the platform through which you obtained the game (including the Epic Games Store EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the game for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement and the terms of the distribution platform.

2. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the game, except as permitted by law.
• You may not use the game to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
• You may not use cheats, hacks, or automated tools that alter gameplay.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the game, including all intellectual property, are owned by us or our licensors. Your license does not transfer any ownership rights.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the game if you violate this Agreement. On termination, your license to use the game ends immediately.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the game.

7. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
